Me and @isingh2u Me and raji performing An advanced dip routine..That helps create strength and definition..and also makes training fun! Ok we both get into a dip position..I'll perform two reps and then wait in the upright dip position until he completes he's two reps..now I go..this time I will do four reps and he will wait in that same upright dip position until I complete my four reps..we go up to 10 reps 2,4,6,8,10 and then back down 8,6,4 when we get to 2reps..we get we hold are selfs up for 20-30 seconds ..then we will drop like we are doing a dip but we stay down (low) creating a great stretch and making room for are muscles to grow..we hold this also for 20-30 seconds..Now when we are done with the time we will Max out till failure* once again this is an advanced dip routine..our feet dont touch the ground at all. when our routine is done we have completed 50dips And what ever we did on our last max out reps after our 30sec hold* I recommend trying to go up to 4 or 6 reps before attempting going up to 10reps* -
