1. niesy  Making gluten free quinoa flatbread! Easy recipe! 1 cup whole grain quinoa, 1 cup brown rice flour, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 egg, 1 cup water, salt and pepper to taste. Pulse quinoa in a food processor, then mix all ingredients together in a bowl and let sit for one hour. Pour 1/4 cup into medium heated oiled pan, flip for 5 minutes on each side 💛 #glutenfree #quinoa #flatbread #healthy

16. niesy  @vrefanmkreyol you can throw the quinoa into a blender! Or you don't even really have to process it, it will work either way. The processor just helps break down the quinoa a little 👍 it's not that serious of a step 💜

26. niesy  @kadieex3 I would try it without the egg... I bet you u don't even need it! Kinda like how an egg is optional in pancakes... I never put eggs in my regular pancakes and they come out fine. Let me know how they turn out!
